Cancellation policy:

If you cancel before 15 Aug 2023 you get 100% money back including all the deposit.  // If you cancel between 15 Aug - 15 Nov 2023 you get all money back minus deposit. //  If you cancel between 15 Nov 2023 - 1 Jan 2025 you get 75% money back // If you cancel between 1 Jan - 1 March 2025 you get 50% money back. // If you cancel after 2 March 2025 - nonrefundable. // We strongly recommend all participants obtain travel & medical insurance. 

 

Credit card company fee is 3.8% added to your deposit. Total charged $750 deposit + 3.8% = $778. 

Recommended transatlantic flights for participants to obtain on own:

Depart USA 30 March 2025.  

Arrive SKG Thessaloniki Greece airport on 31 March. Ideally, land between 11am to 5pm. 

 

Depart FCO Rome to USA on 10 April 2025.

Ideally, take off between 1pm to 6pm, but any takeoff time on 10 April will work. 

 

Clarification: Two flights are yes included in the package price: the flight from Thessalonica to Athens on 2 April; and the flight from Athens to Rome on 7 April.  Participants do NOT need to obtain these flights on their own.
