4 April 2026 - Day 3 - Rome: Vatican, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Castel St. Angelo. Philippi, Kavala, Lydia's Spring, Thessaloniki.

1) If the group will have only 23 to 26 participants at materlization time : add to package cost 300 USD 

2) Children under 2 in parents' room = free

3) Children under 12 sharing a room with two parents or two adults: reduce 1000  

4) A 3rd person sharing in the room gets a reduction:600 discount (only the 3rd person has a cost reduction. The first two sharing the regular full cost.)

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel before 20 Nov 2025, you get 100% money back, including the deposit. If you cancel between 20 Nov - 19 Dec 2025 you get all money back minus deposit. If you cancel between 20 Dec 2025 - 20 Jan 2026 you get 75% money back.If you cancel between 20 Jan - 1 March 2026 you get 50% money back.If you cancel after 2 March 2026 - nonrefundable.​We strongly recommend all participants obtain travel insurance.// We strongly recommend all participants obtain travel & medical insurance.

Recommended transatlantic flights for participants to obtain on own:

Depart USA 2 April 2026.  

Outbound flight: Arrive ROME on 3 April 2026. Ideally, land between 11 am to 5 pm. 

Inbound flight: Depart from Athens airport (ATH) to the USA on 13 April 2025.

Ideally, take off between 11 am to 2pm, but any takeoff time on 13 April after 10 am will work. 

 

Clarification: Two flights are included in the package price: the flight from Thessalonica to Athens, and the flight from Rome to Thessaloniki.  Participants do NOT need to obtain these flights on their own.
