David Friedman

You can't get much more Israeli than David Friedman. Born in Jerusalem during the war of Independence, became an Officer in the Armed corps of the IDF, commanded critical battles in the Golan Heights in which he was part of stopping the Syrian invasion in the 1973 Yom Kippur day of Atonement War. Lived and raised four children in the hills near Nazareth, a Galilean, a kibbutz member & leader, a food pioneer & expert. David managed the kibbutz bakery and led it to substantial growth & automation. Over the years David has become a valued expert and was asked by sevral countries to help improve the quality of their wheat & health. David is a sought-after consultant to many food businesses.
For over a decade he is doing R&D at the biggest Flour Mills company in the middle east ("Stybel") .
